Mission Statement

Partners in Progressive Medical Education (PPME) is dedicated to advancing healthcare through:

​

• Clinical Education: Developing and promoting high-quality CME programs focused on the latest scientific research in pathophysiology, diagnosis, complications, and treatment of chronic and acute medical conditions.

• Research Advancement: Supporting and funding clinical and translational research in areas such as metabolic diseases, cardiovascular health, and the social determinants of health, with an emphasis on improving access to care and health equity.

• Community and Professional Engagement: Educating healthcare professionals, allied health stakeholders, and community leaders on emerging public health risks and evidence-based prevention and treatment strategies—particularly in areas like diabetes, MASLD, and obesity-related conditions.

• Collaborative Partnerships: Building and sustaining strategic relationships with academic institutions, healthcare organizations, and public health agencies to co-develop impactful CME programs that address specific public health priorities and clinical practice gaps.
